Daniel Reardon’s practice includes a wide range of land use and development law, including local planning and zoning regulations, state housing and subdivision law, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Dan has counseled clients on large-scale development projects in cities throughout Southern California. These projects have involved multiple areas of land use practice, including varying levels of CEQA review, significant historic and cultural resources, interactions with the Coastal Commission, and various subdivision approvals. Before joining Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac LLP, Daniel was an associate at Park & Velayos LLP, where he worked on matters including an assisted living and medical office development in Pasadena and a new concert hall and teaching facilities for the Colburn School in downtown Los Angeles.
Daniel Reardon received a joint J.D. and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California Los Angeles in 2019, and earned his B.A. in East Asian languages and literature from Yale University in 2014. At UCLA, he served as chief managing editor of the Pacific Basin Law Journal and worked as a graduate student researcher for faculty research into mobility for low-income seniors.
